What is Love Anyway…Do They Love You for You?
People say they love you but what they really mean is…
They love how loving you make them feel about themselves.
Or they love what they can get from you. I wrote a bit about that here:

Side note: When you use the voice in your head to push good people away Or blame others for being stagnant or the voice in your head that says you “can’t.” Tell that voice in your head to fuck off!

When my son had brain surgery, I got the feeling that they wanted to help me not because they cared about me so much but because of how it made them feel about themselves. When my son has completely healed some people that were in my life daily just disappeared.
I guess that’s how it is sometimes.
